Yummy ones.....really, I don't know but they are high in protein and best when cooked quickly over relatively high heat for a SHORT time....can be used in soups, stews, etc. but must be added just a few minutes before serving. Protein, if overcooked becomes a tough, chewy awful substance. Enjoy!
