if you want to add another Pitbull to the Media and just fuel the hatred then go ahead and get a ill bred ill raised probably ill health along with it, puppy or dog. If you want one well bred, well socialized, and with relatively good health with a person who will guarantee it's health from any genetic defects you better save your money and pay for a good one. like anything else, if it is worth it then you can wait till you can afford one that is good.

I agree with the person that wrote "...you get what you pay for" and if you are specifically looking for low budget because your budget is low.. are you prepared to pay for all the care that goes into owning a dog? I just paid $135 dollars for an unplanned vet visit. Dogs are not cheap.

check the paper and remember, you get what you pay for. if you can't afford a averaged price pitbull you probally can't afford the care that comes along with owning one.
