the choppingblock may be a good choice... My favorite is a company called bespoke. they do catering, as well as "classes." Delicious and incredibly professional. My wife used Bespoke Cuisine to cater a party for me, and I know others who have had a cooking-class-party using the same! All highly regarded experiences.

In Naperville, there's a shop called Sur La Table or something, named after a product. They have classes there every week. It's a bit pricey, but these are great chefs.

Jewel has workshops, seafood night, etc. Moraine Valley Community College (out of Palos) has a couple of classes at Buca de Beppo (I THINK the one in Orland) and I think its only $30 a person.

there's a GSD club in Glenview, that provides instruction and that they settle for mixed breed canines. the top quality is $one hundred to $a hundred twenty five and that they furnish discounted instructions in case you identify to persevering with instruction. instruction is done Wednesday evening and Sunday mornings each and every week. in the process the wintry climate months instruction is indoors and spring by using fall all instruction is done outdoors.
