Hick Chix, hello, it's not in the Bible! Serious, I don't know where you heard that, but it simply isn't, and nothing even remotely like that is in the Bible, not anywhere!
God created us, and He made up the idea of sex, it was HIS idea! He's not up there with His arms crossed, tapping His foot thinking that sex is nasty... He just said to save it for marriage, because He knows the vulnerability that we are under when we have sex, and He doesn't want us to get hurt when the relationship breaks up. And He wants kids to actually be raised by two parents, fathers are important. So, couples who have babies as a result of casual sex or even outside of marriage are statistically not stable, break up, and kids don't have one of their parents the way they really need and the way God intended.
As far as masturbation goes, if it causes you to be super sexual, and obsess about sex all the time, and prompt you to have casual sex, it probably isn't good for you. But that's true for anything carried to an extreme. Ice cream, gambling, anything can be bad for you, when carried too far. There are different opinions on this, but I don't think there's anything wrong with masturbation, and the Bible absolutely doesn't say anything about it.
So that garbage someone told you is soooooooo not God. The God of the Bible isn't about rules, anyway, not at all. God is love. He doesn't just love you, He is love. And anything He says is to protect us from harm, physical or emotional.
And as far as a whore goes, there's a story in the Bible about God's love poured out, even to a whore. Jesus saved her life from a bunch of people that thought they were better than her, and He let them and her know that she has worth and each one of us has worth, no matter what our past is or our present is, because He offers hope to the hopeless and a future to anyone that turns to Him. Jesus loves us right where we are, even at our point of failure and weakness, and He accepts us right there where He finds us, then He loves us enough to not leave us there.

No there is no verse in the Bible that says that. There is a man in the scriptures that had to take his dead brother wife and raise children in his brother's name but he didn't want to do that so he spilled his seed on the ground and God killed him. Genesis 38: 9 And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother.Genesis 38: 10 And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.

Your brother is correct, but it`s in the old testament.
Go to the OLD TESTAMENT and read Leviticus The Third Book of Moses
15-16.... Unclean Discharges from the Body
This is the old testament.....BEFORE JESUS....When ppl lived under the law of Moses...New testament is Under the blood of Jesus...You need to live your life by the cross under the blood not the law.
Study the new testament

No - the Bible doesn't even mention anything that can be related to masturbate. I'm 100% positive this passage doesn't exist. You can go to the website below and do a search - type those words in (under passages) and you'll see that it yields 0 results.

So according to all this nonsense, female masturbation is ok with god because it doesn't "waste seed," but for men it is a deadly offense...
Just another reason the Bible shouldn't be a final authority on our day to day basis in our modern time.

Leviticus 15:16Â “‘Now in case a man has an emission of semen go out from him, he must then bathe all his flesh in water and be unclean until the evening. 17Â And any garment and any skin upon which the emission of semen gets to be must be washed with water and be unclean until the evening.
18Â “‘As for a woman with whom a man may lie down with an emission of semen, they must bathe in water and be unclean until the evening
