Good question my brother gets all the attention its cuz they r younger and parents think its cute when they whine and act like babies even when they r 9 1/2 like my bro!!

because they have found that acting immature gets them attention, which gets them what they want. as the older sibling, you are expected to act maturely (or more maturely than your younger siblings), so it really just comes down to stereotypic sibling roles in the family. your parents don't expect your brothers to be as mature as you, so therefore they don't pay as much attention to the fact that they are immature.

They don't act inmature... They ARE inmature! That's just part of being a kid. As for the attention, small children are higher maintanence and require a more watchful eye than a teenager. It's not that they are more important... It's that they are more needy.

I have a 11 1/2 brother too. HE farts and burps in my face.ANd he gets all the new shirts and stuff and i need a bathing suit for a party tomorrow but my mom wont let me get it

Today,older people think that it's cute.I'm like that too.I have a 4 yr. old niece who gets all the attention by talking like a baby.But anyway,you may have to live with it.

eww I hate that. I know how you feel bro, it's totally the same with my little brother. bugs the hell outta me! It's because parents are stupid and don't treat all the kids the same, I feel your pain though.
