just eat breakfast and ur probs are solved if you dont then you get hugry later on and you will eat more than you normally do and gain weight

No health risk but eating breakfast jump starts your metabolism and helps you have more energy in the morning but it should be a healthy breakfast. Not donuts or sugar coated cereal.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you skip breakfast you will have less energy, you'll feel tired, and perhaps you won't be able to concentrate properly.

Very Little, but if your Diabetic its not a good idea, you should be eating small meals anyways but more often. For weight loss you can eat small snacks like every 2 hrs. You should make sure what your eating is good for you, fruit, protien bars or drinks etc.

It just seems that if you don't eat breakfast then you get low blood sugar and then you eat too much and so on and so on.

yes. eating breakfast gives u energy and starts your metabolism. if you don't eat breakfast then you'll gain weight and not be able to concentrate.

Slows down metabolism... therefor you don't have as much energy for the day AND the possibility of weight gain. Not fun :[
