there's no other way except that one. there hasn't been any pills that magically make you faster. They don't have any shoes that will make your feet go faster. They don't make any shirts that make you faster( some people say that aerodynamic shirts make you faster, not true, they just don't slow you down)

well, like everyother person, training hard is the way to strong stamina, but if you want a different answere and if u are filthy rich, there is research about"injecting a protien into the muscle, which incorprates into DNA,making your muscle tougher in-turn making you stronger. This has been done on a cow and ud be AMAZED if u see the cow,its ripped and big.
My point is,if u want to be fast traditionally, workin hard is the keyyy. But if u want some magic,u would have to look into the science and see if its possible and if its even possible for a human trial.
something to think about. This research was specifically meant for debilitated patients and the old... .
hope u got some info.

work on agility and endurance? that way you can get a faster start and not waste your energy too soon that way you can still run the rest of the race no problem...i don't know, i was just trying to think of something logical

train train train...long strides and focus on the finish line. thats the only way to improve on any skill. Make sure you eat well and are in good physical shape, carbs are your best bet for the day before the race, and make sure to get enough rest.
