I think that it is his mom,aunt or grandma's son.those are the only 3 in the family cause the only one who has a some is a parent but one if the parents, aunts and uncles but all the men are left out including the father so it might be the mom,aunt or grandma cause aunt's and grandma's can have sons too! but i really think that the mom is the doctor!
