Absolutely! If you're talking romantic, life long love. Yes, of course. That doesn't mean that everyone who comes into your life that you love will stay in your life. You can love someone but know that the two of you will never be able to make a life together. You must find your own happiness. The life long love will come with someone that you share common interest, goals, morals, etc... with and the differences you have do not tear you apart but compliment each other. It is called unconditional love, you accept them for who they are and they accept you and you don't waste time trying to change each other.

yes but...it takes so many shapes. love for a child is a biological imperative. for a parent is similar.
god's love? superstitious nonsese. quoting a 2000 year old book written by a few jewish patriarchs is no replacement for thought or argument.
i wouldn't put too much hope on romantic love. it's a notion that began less than 1000 years ago along with chivalry in europe.
of course peopl on this site will answer that love is all there is, etc, but they are doing so ahistorically. don't forget equality and choice such as we have now for bot h sexes is new. infatuation has always been there but it's a different thing entirely.

Love is non-existent. It's a made up word so people would either work together in a family unit or to survive. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no such animal.

Its a concept, based on Chemical Reactions formed to protect our 'mating Partners'.
I do, however, love my girlfriend. I accept, however, that love is a concept, like Good, Evil, Right, Wrong and the like

God's love is real by the action He took in sending His only Son to die to redeem us.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!

love is a biological chemical reaction that occurs in the body when you like someone and than after a while it wears off. think about your own experiances, how long have you been 'IN love' for?
