What I was told when I was pregnant is that any exercise you did consistently and regularally before the pregnancy, you can continue during the pregnancy; however, it is always best to speak with your OBGYN concerning anything and everything in regards to the safety of your baby.

sounds logical. the baby is inside the midsection of the woman. And situps repeatedly folds your midsection and puts strain on your muscles among other things. If not i bet the baby would get serious motion sickness. Kind of like a carnival ride.
I wouldn't risk it. Comfort for you and Comfort for the baby is the name of the game.

I don't know if it will kill the baby, but it's not a wise thing to do. Talk to your doctor about any exercise program while you are pregnant.

Nope. I wouldn't advise it though. Just relax and take it easy. You don't need extra activity while pregnant!
