I have this all the time, while waiting for the Nurse to call you in try Pursed lip breathing, take in a deep breath purse your lips kinda like a pucker slowly exhale. It tends to help me and also if you feel comfortable enough ask the nurse to tell you some jokes before they take your BP laughter will lower your BP. Good Luck and try to relax.

Have them retake your blood pressure after you've talked to the doctor for a few minutes. My husband had this anxiety about seeing a doctor, and usually his 2nd blood pressure reading was lower. Good luck.
