Listen to old films set in the east end and any recordings you can find.
You are more likely to hear Azerbaijani or Romanian than Cockney in London these days and what Cockney that remains is seriously degraded or just plain false.

watcher mate i'm a cockney sparrer from east london. i reccomend you go and live there ,alternatively you could watch eastenders that will give you a smattering of the lingo
