I personally don't think it would change very much. The Bible nowhere says that earth is the center of the universe, or that there are no other worlds with intelligent life. If God created one world like our's, why should anyone think he did not make others? There is one verse that speaks of Christ creating 'worlds', in the plural. I forget exactly where, but it is in one of the epistles of the New Testament. I think some translations change the word to 'ages' though. I have read that Joseph Smith Jr. claimed that the moon was inhabited by long lived people who dressed like Quakers! Brigham Young went even further and insisted that the SUN is also inhabited. The founder of 7th Day Adventism supposedly believed that tall and beautiful people inhabited Saturn and Jupiter, an 'unfallen' sinless race. The "Poughkeepsie Seer" Andrew Jackson Davis revealed that nearly all of the planets of our solar system contain life, much like his 'spirit guide', Emmanual Swedenborg, who wrote a little book called "Earths in the Universe". Naturally these folks are not what one would call average Christians, but belief in life on other worlds did not affect their spirituality adversely.

The non secular maniacs might arise with yet another incredible thought approximately how existence replaced into created to justify their being customary as God or "locate" yet another stone pill to describe it. in spite of the fact that if there is clever existence on different planets, enable's hop it is extra clever than ours and could not do it is point superb to kill existence off.

I am a baptized, believing Christian, and I don't disagree. There may be intelligent life forms on other planets, but not in human form. It would not have any impact whatsoever on my religion.

Not a bit. God can do whatever He likes. It is entirely possible that there are other creations out there.
