...I was going 2 ask her out last night, but my friend didnt know and asked her out and she said yes. Now my other friend says her best friend likes me, I kind of like her, she is hot too. What should i do, I know it sounds complicated, but please help me.

sounds like you snooze you lose to me, but then again you may even like this other girl more once you date her as fist impressions are usually physical and that is great too, but hen the physical may not have a personality and this turns you off. You just go out with this lady and you enjoy yopuselves and you never know as this may be your greatest date ever as she likes you and asked your friend to meet with you. It is not the end of the world, and again you guys may get dumped or again maybe after a week or so one may say that we are not meant to be together and you may end with each others dates..who knows?

First of all you need to know who you like and not like them because their HOT. Like them because of who they truly are. If it happens to be the girl your dating great, but if not then find a simple way to break up with her so you don't hurt her feelings.
