umm, I never heard of a girl with chicken legs being a bad thing...it's much better than having cankles (=cow ankles)
do some squats and lunges for your thighs and calf raises for your calves.

you need to do a high impact weight training and you will add bulk to your legs without adding fat. When a person wants to lose weight they have to work at low intensity for longer periods of time, but for you it is the oposite. You should talk to a personal trainer, most gyms offer a free consult, and get set up on a workout plan that will add bulk where you want it and not cause you to simply get skinnier legs. Biking, rollerblading, fast paced walking are all ways to add and define the calf muscles, but there are many things at a gym that you could do to also develop the muscle and lose the chicken legs. If you dont have access to a gym, then biking up hills, lye on your stomach and use anke weights, slowly bring your feet up till the are in the air and your knees are bent at a 90% angle, and then slowly let them down again. Do about 3 reps of 12 of these, and SLOWLY, any more and and doing it fast will just be burning fat and will not help develop the muscle, only lose definition. When you go for walks, take as many hills as you can, same with roller blading. Good luck!

stairmaster for ten minute warmup, then SQUATS. youtube to see if you're doing them right, do them in a mirror from the side so you can see your posture, and do 4 or 5 sets of 10 twice a week and you'll see tremendous changes in your shape. plus you'll be stronger than most 14 yr olds. dont do these super heavy just like half your weight if you get that high with it. and dont do squats with weight that is more than 150% of your bodyweight before you are 16 years old anyone because it puts a lot of strain on the growth-plates in the long bones at that point and weight.

Ride an exercycle or a regular bicycle on a higher gear, one that's hard to turn on flat ground.
ExBike, a level 8 or 9, but low RPM's, about 60 or so. That will build them up. Take a high protein supplament, too.

I wouldn't worry about it. As you get older they'll get thicker and you won't have chicken legs anymore. But I guess you could go do some squats or something if you wanna build your leg muscles.

You could wear clothes to draw attention away from your legs; for example a brightly-coloured top paired with some neutral trousers or a long skirt.

They are probably just jealous cuz they have fat legs. You can build up your calf muscles by standing on your tiptoes and then lowering your feet back to the floor. I am the opposite, I have muscular legs from gymnastics, wanna trade?

When school get's out go to mcdonalds and get something with lots of calories and fat. then you'll probably gain about 2lbs. Then almost everyday after school do the same thing.
