Is my ring magickal? (A revised version of another question)?
I have a dragon ring tied to a string around my neck. Whenever someone touches it or picks it up off of my chest I get a srong vibration (literally vibrating) from the ring and where the ring was sitting on my chest.

Also, it seems to pick up other peoples emotions. A girl who was having a bad day touched my ring and I got really upset and emotional for no reason. There have been many simiIar happenings with this ring. I have never gotten such odd feelings from a piece of jewelry before.

It hasn't started acting like this until very recently. I am just starting in a new form of magick (dragon magick to be presise). Do you think it might have anything to do with that? Are ther any other objects which react in this way?

Why does it act like this?

Of course people once again write ofensive answers that have nothing to do with the question!

I am trying to research it online, but all that comes up is stuff for buying magick rings.

some is just a physical reaction from removing it from where it usually rests. you may be still feeling the sensation of it being there. much like the phantom missing appendage syndrome where the person still feel like a missing limb is still attached.
did you give people permission to touch it? Has it been consecrated? If no and yes to the last ones then it definitely needs to be cleansed and reconsecrated. and don't let others touch it with out permission first.
the feelings of emotions that you describe could also be your own sensitivity developing.
Yes I had one myself. it is rather heavy in weight. do you get any sensations when you take it off your self I.E. for sleep ,to bathe?
Yes the more you feel a connection to an object you want a similar connection can be forged between you and that object. like attracts like.

It may still be holding other people's energies. Those energies could be very negative and destructive. I suggest that you ritually cleanse it as soon as possible. This won't destroy any "magickal" ability it may have, but it will definitely render it harmless from the energies that are stored inside.

Furthermore if an item gathers too much energy it will break, so it is a good idea to ritually cleanse things like this often.

From now on you may want to make disclaimers in your questions, such as : "For Wiccans/Pagans ONLY--bashers will be reported!"...or something like this, unfortunately.

Rings aren't magickal, people are--the ring is just what you are using as a trigger mechanism right now--it won't work the same for anyone else, and if you lose the ring, you'll still find a way to harness that power

A magickal object can either possess it's own energy, or simply reflect the energy that is active around it.

It sounds as if your ring is mirroring the spiritual energy you yourself are now practicing. If that's true, then its focus and strength is within your control.

Blessed be.

I remember stones and crystals doing the same thing. If you are asking if the ring itself has power I doubt it. Whatever it is that is causing the the things you describe deserves to be investigated. Good luck.

May GOD richly bless ya.

Your belief in dragon magic is making you believe this dragon ring has some special powers. You are making yourself believe that! It's B/S no different from christian healing!
