You have to be living in Mexico for 5 years.

Go to the Mexican Embassy to apply for Citizenship.

You fill out a form. You submit it with a copy of your existing passport and FM-3 or FM-2, along with some photos, pay a fee and wait.
In a few months, you will have to pay a second fee, and sign some additional documents.
Again you have to wait a few months. After that you'll get a call to pick up your Certificate of Naturalization at which point you'll have to surrender your FM-3 or FM-2.
At that time you can also apply for, and receive, your Mexican Passport.

Walk against the pedestrian traffic until you reach a big river, go across the river until you meet your first drug dealer, steal his stash, car and ID. Set up shop on the border and start selling to the gringos. Remember these words "No habla engle". Buy yourself a house, have a family and spend the rest of your life trying to sneak across the border to America. There, you are a Mexican citizen.

Why would you want to become a greaser? Have you no pride in yourself? The first thing you have to do is know how to speak the Mexican version of Spanish - if English is the only language you know, you're out of luck. In addition, they won't let you in there if you aren't wealthy. Unlike our country, they watch their borders and if you don't fulfill their requirements, you either get tossed into one of their delightful rat-infested prisons or get deported.

Keep on living in the states, throw away all your real identity, buy a new i.d./ssn on the black market of another american who has died. If you get caught, change your identity again. Congratulations!
