compaired to the sheer amount of chaos in this hateful world right now, the media doesnt display $hit. you have to really look into it to see some of what is really going on. the media displays enough to make $$$$$$$$$$$. thats all they care about. we need to fix it but we wont. it will be the second downfall of civilization if we do not. we are doomed to repeat history.

The media displays things for ONLY two reasons. Either what they are showing supports their political agenda or it will get them ratings. Iraq seems to fill both bills. People for some reason are drawn to gawk at the carnage of a head on highway collision. So the media chooses to show only the negative things that happen in Iraq because it promotes their agenda and people will sit and watch it.

I think the media is out of control, but the world seems to want it. The ratings go up when sex and violence are on. The media portrays what the people want to see. Those who want to fix it don't watch the crap on TV.
