PLEASES don't touch MY kids, Creepo!Dude the kid is probably saying "sure" cuz HE don't see anything wrong...It is YOUR job, being older then him ,to know it is sleezy! That is why they are guarded by laws. THEY, by law, aren't held accountable for certain things.The LAW doesn't think the are ABLE to make THAT choice! PLEASE listen to ALL these folks above. it all depends on why you want to do that.... its a very comforting feeling for children to have their tummy rumbbed or tickled, but if you're doing it because you'd rather be touching him somewhere else or thinking sexually when you're doing it, then that is NOT ok, thats fondling. If you are simply holding and bonding with him in an innocent manner, and he truly wants that kind of touch from you then i dont see a problem. But be very careful, especially since this is not your child, this is more a question you should be asking his parents.

At 7 weeks your uterus remains in the back of the pubic bone until eventually around 12 weeks. the child remains very small at this ingredient. i'm 17 weeks and that i can sense flutters each now and then and can sense my uterus in basic terms decrease than my abdomen button, yet can no longer sense the child as quickly as I push down on my tummy yet.

Yikes, that does sound creepy. I wouldn't touch kids anywhere unless they are my own and I would never touch them inappropriately.
