You need to do cardio (running, walking, etc.) to burn fat. Fat is burned all over your body, you can't spot reduce. You need to do strength training to tone your muscles. So, cardio alond with arm exercises with weights or resistance bands should do the trick.

Hi! You have to do cardio (walking, running, biking, etc.) to lose weight. You really can't spot reduce, but you can tone up areas like your arms with weights. Some good toning exercises (with 3-5 lb. weights for a beginner) are biceps curls and triceps extensions. These target the front and back of the upper arms. You could also do wrist exercises which will target the forearms. Good luck!

If you are already doing cardio then that is great...if not it definately will help. Then you add weight training to it. I used handweights 5 lbs at first, then for some excercises I moved up to heavier ones.
This is the only way I know to lose the extra skin under your arms...

for the arms, there are many exercise options. some include: swimming (backstroke, breaststroke etc), walking and holding small/light dumbbell weights during your walk (remember to keep a swift pace, really accenting the arm-swing motion as you walk), even straight lifting weights- doing lifts that work the bicep and tricep areas to better the muscle/fat ratio in those areas. good luck.

Regular excercise you can't beat it! Forget all this lifting really heavy weights not required unless you want muscles like Garth.
Lift gentle weights or excersises but a lot more times, its down to keeping the muscle tense and allowing the arms to take shape.

I don't know how old you are...but If you need to lose It fast you can try a RAW diet for 3 weeks..(It's a cleanse)Pretty much fruits & veggies..than you can gradualy work in other foods..Do some light weights for your arms & sit-ups for your stomach. Make sure you drink tons of water & take a multi vitamin..
