3 lbs ? Sounds like you want to look like a crackhead.

Go on a crack diet.

Smoke crack 3 times a day and once before bedtime, no food, no snacks. No jumbos, just tape the pipe. Guaranteed weight loss more than 3 lbs by the 13th.

So, you want to lose inches not pounds. You will see no difference with losing 3 pounds.
I don't know, try some crunches. Get moving a lot more.
Do NOT stop drinking water or try to get the water out of your body. You NEED water. Don't eat heavy foods like bread, pasta, etc you belly will not distend so much.

Absolutely NO BREAD, NO SUGAR, NO SODA's, NO POTATOS, NO WHITE RICE, NO SALT.

No more than 800 calories a day, drink 64 ounces of water (or more) a day, and start running 3 miles a day.

That should do it.

you could lose 10 pounds easily. Just don't drink as much water. since your body is 95% water. I lost 10 pounds in a week just from not drinking as much water.

That seems possible. Just cut out on sodas and un-needed carbohydrates and you should definitely be set for the dance.

I wouldn't advise this unless you are over 18. Medifast will work..I lost 7 pounds in one week. If you are under 18..watch your intake and exercise.

hit the gym every day, watch your food portions, no soda only water, take a swim, eat lots of fruits and veggies

Liquid diet.. not like just water but juice, protien shakes, any healthy drink.
