I bet you get a lot of people, like me, who say that they did lose that much. The harder part to ask people is whether they kept it off for years or whether it came back pretty quickly. Anyone who watches what they eat can lose weight. But the trick is after that have they changed their way of life so that they are still eating right or did they slide back into old bad habits?

Me.I stopped eating processed foods and fast foods.I lifted weights 4 days a week mon(biceps/chest) tues(back/abs) wed(rest) thurs(shoulders/triceps) fri(legs)
and ran 20 mins at 7.5 mph after lifting weights.And since I'm vegan I ate a whole lot fruits and veggies which contributed to my weight loss since they have so few calories.It took me 2 1/2 months.I went from 174 t0 147.

Take your time
Try not to eat chocolate or hot chip and other things like that!

get off the computer, get off the couch..move around..you know the drill..if you have friends make a point to spend as much time with them...basically just get up and get out there...remember just sitting around isnt going to do anything...get outside and move
