I have a sealed up container of jelly belly jellybeans that have been sealed and never opened. The thing is they are over 1 year old. My question is do jellbeans get bad after awhile. I noticed there is no expiration date on the container. Could they make me sick?

No, jelly beans don't go bad they just go a little stale. You can still eat it but you won't get the same results.

I've never had jelly beans for over a year i've always throwed mine out what we don't eat, but i don't think that it would hurt you.

They wont make you sick, but most candy gets hard to chew after its been around for a while.
Just buy a new jar.

I don't think they go bad. They might taste stale or dried out. Let us know if you dared to taste them.
