Well there is speaking out and then there is flat out racism. If just speaking out then being PC doesn't matter.

Certainly not.

But first find out if there is terror at all.No use beating the soil on suspicion of a serpent. It would only tire you out.

Osama Bin Laden has already been absolved of the charges about association with the 9/11 incident and now also Iraq. Even presuming that he is the villain of the piece how come one who was a hero in the Afghanistant's fight against Soviet occupasion suddenly metamorphosed into a devil. Are there any opportunists who are out to hand their deeds on the convenient peg of Osama? The almost pitiable of Americans manhandling a brown person sporting a bred as an Osama candidate is really worrying. Till then it is wise to observe political correctness in sch matter. I think it is Guy de Mopussa's story.Unable to stand the husbands constant accusations of unfaithfulness in spite of her innocence and vouchsafing for it the wife despetatelly commits adultery and defies her tyrant of a husband. The question is do we or do we not want to understand the grievances of the Muslims and just pushing them to the posiion of this story's wife.

I've sometimes noticed that the term 'Political Correctness' is used as a kind of shorthand by people who want to retain the right to be bigoted and insult other people wholesale. They generally use it when they see a member of group they like to despise having the weight of the law on their side.

Terror, on the other hand is something else again. Not wanting to go outside your front door after dark is just as much being terrified as not wanting to go on an aeroplane. The aforementioned bigot is more likely to be scarey to his neighbours than is the hard working family in the corner shop.

Terrorism, and its nasty little brother, Bullying, both need to be spoken out against and fought.

Why would you think that the two are incompatible?

Speaking out against terrorism IS politically correct.

Are you serious? JHC Almighty give me a break. Political correctness is just another name for brown nosing the masses; it is wimp paranoia, it is trying to offend nobody but offend everybody.

God God. How can anyone give political correctness an importance rating of anything greater than zero or less?
