I'm having trouble inserting a suppository on my 'recipient' because he keeps clenching his cheeks.

is there any way to get him to stop or loosen up? i already tried to ask him to relax

Have him lie on his left side, lubricate the suppository, and aim.Or you can have him get on his hands and knees if able and do it that way...good luck and use gloves.
