There is ignorance... that is when a person does not have the knowledge of something... and then there is stupidity... that is when someone does have the knowledge of something but ignores acting with that knowledge... Someone who doesn't know any better is in the classification of "ignorant." They then cannot be blamed for their actions... but it is polite to sometimes find an opportunity to teach them so the next time ... they will be classified as "stupid" when they ignore to act with their knowledge. The hard thing to do is to find a loving manner to teach the person, without hurting their feelings, and that is the Christ -like manner of a person who cares.

Its certainly easier to ignore ignorant folks, but not near as much
fun as trying to point out the error of their thought. I think it is
my duty to society to point out the FACT that there is no evidence to believe in any of the religious based beliefs.
The bible? Give me a break - most folks dont even know what
the Bible is and that it was written by others that they dont know
and there is no reason to believe anything that they wrote. The
little that can be verified, is of no importance at all.

Its harder to ignore a christ like person who should know better. I have lots of experience in that. Maybe that is why I am not a christian anymore and have turned to other things. I saw too many christians acting in ways that so went against what they preached to me.

Someone who is convinced he is right you will never change.
To try is to create an enemy.
