Cook on aluminum foil and spray that with PAM. That should stop your sticking problems.

Chicken and Pork will stick if you cook on too high of a temp.
This is true for gas or charcoal grills. SLOW cooking is the key.
Also, don't put any sauce on until the very end of your cooking process so the sugars won't burn and stick.
Steaks (like Ribeyes) shouldn't stick due to the natural oils contained in the marbeling.

Make sure the grill is super clean, then apply the oil. Perhaps the flame is too high when you first put the meat on. Try not to set it directly over the flame at first.

Try lifting the meat off the grill for a second just after you've sealed it.

You are trying to turn the meat too early. When it's ready to be flipped it will come off the grill easily.

Cut an onion in half and rub it on the grill. And don't try to turn too early.

This is because you can sometimes burn the food on the grill causing them to stick. Also, I suggest that you do not eat much grilled food since when the food get the black marks, they contain cancer cells. Well this doesn't mean that you will get cancer by eating them; just becareful when you eat something.
