I haven't dyed my hair in a LONG time. I cut everything that was dyed. I've been using Fructis Shampoo and Conditioner for a long time, but recently my hair has been falling out a lot more than before. I rarely tie up my hair and I'm not under any stress. So does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

well it depends on your age. im young and i have also noticed alot of hair loss and i was really worried, but my mom's a hair dresser and she said that this happens to alot of people nearing fall and winter due to climate change. so i wouldn't worry to much. it's just breakage, but i know it gets everywhere and it can be annoying and a little scary. try a strengthening shampoo and conditioner and dont brush fast or hard which can also cause hair loss due to breakage. hope i helped . bye

Home made Herbal remedies:Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp.
Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week.
Massage into the scalp and hair >>>>>

The simple answer is that humans, just like other animals, go through growing cycles, although the human hair growth cycle usually lasts several years, not a season. You are probably in the part of your cycle where you experience less growth and more loss. I found this article explaining growth cycles that explains it better: http://www.ishrs.org/hair-loss/hair-loss-cycle.htm
The complicated answer is that there are medical conditions that would make you lose your hair, such as thyroid disease. If you have any other physical symptoms that are out of the ordinary, you should get checked out. But this is pretty extreme.

Are your eating habits normal? Sometimes when you have an eating disorder, your hair starts to fall out. If not, talk to your doctor to find out what the problem is. There may be prescription drugs you can take to get your hair back to the way it should be.

i'm youthful than you and that i lose hairs like that each and every of the time. Your hair is made out of ineffective cells, and the fall out each and every each and every now and then. only using fact some fall out daily does not recommend you're going bald. So, i might say what you're dealing with is totally organic.
