I don't think it's either/or. We are to love one another. But I also think judging is quite necessary sometimes. When the bible says don't judge I'm not sure we should take that as "at all." Sure, don't judge the little things, we're all different. But if you didn't judge big things like rape, murder etc, what would the world come to?

The word of God will Judge you, And the word of God says love one another, Im sure your question has a reason, before you call or accuse someone of Judging you, make sure that their not judging you by what the Bible says,if they are, thats not them judging, but the word of God telling you, and they are pointing it out.

I think you should love one another.
I think the judging comes as more of a critiquing. Its like would you let your friend take arsenic (sp) before you said that it would kill them, or after they already swallowed. I would tell them to change it... give advice... you can love someone and judge someone I love in that way so they dont get hurt. Everyone judges and loves at the same time... its human nature.

It's supposed to be LOVE one another, but some people prefer to judge one another. They forget that judgment is up to God.

Usually it';s people who need abit of judgment that want to say Judge not... The whole passage say that we will be judge by the same measure of judgment that we judge others by.. I do judge.. I say those who reject Christ to the point of their death will go to hell. I can do this because I am also commanded by my Lord to:
John.7:24
Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Both, but true judgement is the ability to weigh things out without the trappings of how things appear, that's why Justice is blind and holding scales, also your judgement is more merciful when you love that which you judge.

For some of us its love, some like to judge, I guess to each their own. We must live the best we can and try not to become to judgemental. Don't let them turn you jaded.

well with christianity it's mostly judge one another, tell them they'll go to hell coz they don't like their flavour of insanity, point fingers, assume others don't know nothing of morality ie civilise the savages no matter what savage ways you yourself use on them! That goes for islam too!

We are required to love everyone no matter what, but that doesn't mean we are to condone sinful behavior. We should always have an attitude of love and forgiveness if a person is seeking such.
