Chocolate does not go off, it may look a bit white, but it is not bad for you. The person you need to complain to, if you need to complain, is the shopkeeper who obviously stored it in a place that was too warm, why don't you just make something with it, like fudge or cookies

You do have a troubled life don't you.!? If it really is of that much concern, simply put it in the back of your fridge and wait. One night, as if by magic, when you get back from the pub, the white will seemed to have faded, it will smell absolutely delicious,(as it should!) and you'll wonder what on earth you were thinking as you proceed to devour the lot. Problem solved. 10 points

I think that's called "must". It's harmless. The Toblerone will be just fine. It just means that it sweated a bit. But it's still perfectly good.
Yes, I've had it, I'm still here, and it was fine. As always. :)

Chocolate tends to go white and chalky looking due to temperature changes but it has not gone off. Still it is offputting to eat so take it back to the shop you bought it from for anexchange.

There should be an address for Toblerone to contact straightaway listed on the package. If not, try an internet search for a contact address.

Take it with the receipt back to the store which you purchased it from and say you are unhappy with the condition in which the product has reached you. They should offer you an exchange or refund.

it's not off and you'll find it still tastes the same. placing the chocolate in the fridge or sometimes exposing it to humidity draws the sugar to the surface and gives it that greyish off look.

~hey,,,,thats that big candy bar that Joey Tribiani had to have on "Friends !!" well,,,,I would take it back to the store if you just bought it,,,,,chalky white means that it was to warm,,then chilled,,,then warm and chilled,,,,,,it wont hurt you if you eat it,,,but probably wont taste as good,,,,,If the store is close enough,,,I would ask for an exchange for a new candy bar,,,,,
