You should talk to him and get to know him well. Be his friend. If he likes you, you're in luck. If he likes this other girl, that doesn't mean there isn't still room for you in his life. Who knows, you might be perfect for each other.

well depends if you like the guy really bad. and if you do just tell him how you feel about him but not in front of every one tell him when he is alone!

get to know him better find out what kind of guy he really is and if he is the kind of guy that you would really like spending your life with and you will see what kind of girl he would like to be with and see if that kind of girl is you
