Does mold form on candles?

On one of my red candles, i think it might be mold but im not entirely sure. please help. ASAP.

If you're concerned, throw the candle away. They're not that expensive and can be replaced.

Chances are that its not mold, but mildew...from being stored where the air is moist. Throw it away and get a new one just to be on the safe side.
