God is all powerful and a loving God that's why he gave you free will, So you make your own choices when you open your mouth, and use you fingers for whatever. Try believing in God and Ask for strength to combat your illness at hand.

God has a plan for you son. Whether you know it or not He does. Your little slurs and the absolute stupidity in the messages will all be forgiven if you ever want them to. If you lead someone away from Him, you will answer for it big time.
