Sweetie, just use a hair coloring product that is specifically labeled / recommended for gray / graying hair. L'Oréal is great!

How do you dye hair gray? I didn't know they made gray hair dye, could you add details to your question and let me know where you get it? Your hair is probably not coming back black, it's just that you still have a lot of hair left that isn't turning gray yet so it just seems like it's all coming back black. If you like the hair gray then keep dying it. I'm the opposite, I wish my brown hair color would come back, I'm tired of fighting the grays but just can't bring myself to go gray yet.

You can continue to process your hair and keep it gray. You can also go to a salon and have your hair foiled or pulled through the cap and have highlights put in so your gray will show more but still have your dark hair as well.

Before starting deying - if it is less now - do henna. It will hide the grey hair and give diff. color tint. It will controll further greying. I mean natural henna powder.
Henna is nature’s safest means to color and condition hair and is strongly recommended for those who want to free themselves from harmful chemical dyes and bleaches. Henna on hair enhances and highlights the natural colour of the hair whilst softening and giving extra volume and shine.
What happen when apply henna on hair?
If your hair is blonde, henna may make it vibrant red or strawberry blonde.
If your hair is red, henna will restore vibrant red color and glossiness that you lose to age and sun damage.
If your hair is mousy brown, henna may make it rich red or copper penny red.
If your hair is medium brown, your hair may come up the color of an Irish Setter dog.
If your hair is dark brown, it will be ...read more >>>>

I also started to turn grey early... 15 actually. Make an appointment for a consultation with a good hair dresser... they can provide you with the right direction for you and your hair.

sGo with what ever makes you feel good. However if your hair does keep changing so dramatically you may want to get check by a Dr. because I don't believe that usually occurs that way. Maybe your lacking a certain nutrient. Feeling sexy starts from within!!

it is just what you have gotten used to. me personally, just do a close shave, looks great, interesting, and if you wear makeup, stunning. You could always have grey high lights put in amongst the awful black. Do what you want, no one out there cares what you look like, they only care what they look like, and some of em do not even do that...so grey black bald, what the hell, Much more to life........indeed

I have had "salt and pepper" colour hair now for years, used to dye it lots of other colours, but since I've left it loads of people have asked me where I go to get my hair dyed grey, they love it!!
As I say to my follically challenged hubby - grey hair is better than nae hair. Keep it and be proud of it

If you like it then keep it...I'm assuming your confusion is due to what others may think, but it's your hair and I for one think that grey hair can look very elegant indeed., and sometimes more gentle than black.
