i'm so glad its not just me that's noticed them, i don't know why they realise that it's negative advertising 'cos everyone is just annoyed by them ... let's all resolve 2 report them 4spam everytime

Just keep reporting them for spam and they will eventually get removed.

you have to report them as advertisers/spam, and then action is taken.
