There could be an alien civilization that doesn't poop, if they are let's say plant people - meaning they wouldn't eat in the way that we do. Plants live from having water and nutrients go into their roots, get sunlight in their leaves, and carbon dioxide in their leaf cells. So, they don't poop. Plant aliens wouldn't poop either I think.
