well i am 16 and i like this girl she is 2 years older than me we talk i joke around with her we have a great time but i want to ask her out or at least know she likes me she has never dated she is cathlic and i just wanted to get some help

Are you catholic? Is she very religious? Some religion only date the same religion. I hope it's not the case for her.
Since you always joke around with her. You should joke around and say that you like her. When my boyfriend told me he loved me he waited until the time is 1:43am/pm. 143 means "I love you" Then he said, "It's 1:43am, you know what that means? It means, I love you" and he began to joke around with other things. I thought that was cute.^_^

Go for it. I have known of guys who ask out girls older than them. And it works, some have even gotten toghter.

ask her. i think she probably likes you too and she's waiting for something more to happen around you guys.. and by that i mean maybe you should date. it'll be a good first time. and make it memorable for her. since its her first date, IT WILL BE VERY IMPORTANT
