Probably... you can also fall victim to identity theft by doing so. Bankruptcy is a legal thing that will affect the next ten years of your life with high interest rates, your chances for jobs and promotions, your costs of insurance, and so much more. If you have that much faith in an attorney or service that's online hey go for it. Personally I would interview an attorney and make sure that bankruptcy is my only option before using any service for bankruptcy, online or offline.
