maybe you should follow up with the court decision. the photographer is legally binded on that results. do you have a time set up by the judge for them to pay you up? if that is the case, they are liable for more if they did not adhere to the court decision.
i know you mean well for others not to experience the same thing happened to you, but if the bbb denied your complaints, you cannot do anything else other than wait for the courts update. hoping bbb already aware of the case and been notified of the photographer's habit towards business agreements.
i know you are really hurt behind this case but do not ask for assistance from other to ruin someone else, they already ruined their name and ability when you take them to court.
my advice, when you gotten married, you have many guests that took the pictures, why don't you visit them, check out the print out, request their permission for you to copy it and compile all the good ones and try to make the best album there is with their assistance.
otherwise, you will not rest thinking about the bad experience you have had with the photographer. you need to move on but think of it as a learning experience that you will try not to encounter again..

Please don't get yourself in trouble by causing a libelous or slanderout act against this person. Petitioning the court may be an answer but likely you won't get anywhere that way as you have already got a judgement against him. At least, I assume you do. If not, file the court decree as an open judgement with your county court.
By-the-way, in 10 years or so, after 2 or 3 kids and a mortgage and all the other real problems of life the pictures won't be very important. In 20 or 30 years they won't matter a hill of beans.
Have a happy life without spite - it's not worth it.

File a Motion for Rule to Show Cause (a contempt charge). Go to court again and request the Judge order a garnishment of a tax lien since he's self-employed you really can't garnishee his employer for payroll deduction. OR file a mechanics lien against him. If he tries to sell his house or car you get first rights for any equity from the sale paid to you. You may be able to put a public notice in the paper. Just some ideas for you.

Dear, if he is in contempt of a court order, he can be cuffed and dragged off to jail until he bonds out or sees a judge. Contact the lawyer that handled your case (or if it was small claims court, try contacting an assistant DA -- have all your old paperwork handy).
THIS is why I hate weddings!!

a) Go to court and get a lien on his home/business.
b) IIf you go on the internet, you are first of all ruining your own progress on getting over it. He continues to ruin your wedding and now marriage. You would need to be oh so careful about slander and a countersuit.
c) Block his car in his driveway or his business by sitting in the doorway.

A nice way to let others know you would suggest him as a wedding photographer would be on epinions.com. Just add his name in and write your review. Personally, I'd want to know if a couple had a bad experience with a wedding photographer because those are important memories!
Good luck!

I say word of mouth will go a long way. Be sure to tell everyone you know about this disservice.
