there is a spanish tapas restaurant on the corner of clark and fullerton. it is awesome. unfortunately, i cannot remember the name. it is the only spanish place that i eat at in chicago, so i cannot say for sure if it is the best.

Well it is this GREAT mexican restaurant called Tecalitan's located at 1814 West Chicago Avenue. It's like Chicago Ave and Wood maybe...Great food, not pricey, and GOOD margaritas for $2.75 monday-thursday.
