Well,
Some signs that he likes you, is when he talks to you his face turns red, and he looks deep into your eyes. Also, he talks to you a lot, and usually when his Best friend comes up to you to say he likes you and he blushes and says stop, he likes you a lot girl so go for it. Or just ask him out or tell a friend to tell his friend, and if he says no just keep your head up high and stand firm and strong, he'll come around one day when he sees what he's missing!

When i like a girl, i usually am extremely nice. I offer to do anything for them. of course i do that to plenty of girls even if i dont want to go out with them. I also help out girls who are in a bad mood. just yesterday i gave a girl over 7 hugs because some guy was being a total butthole to her (yes i do like this girl). i would say if he is doing anything else it is just to get in your pants. small kisses are okay too. nothing to big too fast i ya know what i mean. i know cuz i am a guy of course.

If he at least pretends to agree with you on most things, you know he likes you. Complements and "I totally agree" are all indicative that he's stroking your ego to get in your pants.

you just know watch ,, out for constant eye contact, flirtation, slightly touching and anything that leads you to feel he likes you
