I know that tax court cases are held all over the country and that judges travel to select cities to hold these cases. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to find out when they will hear a tax case in Seattle. I looked on their website, but couldnt find anything helpful.

You'll need to find your local IRS office and stop in and ask. Many local offices do not have published phone numbers, so if you don't know where your local office is, call 1-800-TAX-1040, or go to http://www.irs.gov/localcontacts/index.html. The local office will know the local schedule.

If you want to start a case in tax court you should view the attached website address. the courts are independent of IRS so you shouldn't contact them regarding court info
http://www.ustaxcourt.gov/taxpayer_info_intro.htm

you should however try to work out any differences with IRS before going to court.
if you feel you have a claim against IRS you may want to to go federal claims court rather than tax court
