Being happy with yourself, I think. It's really more rare than people think. Having a sense of security in your own self worth, wherever that comes from-relationships and respect are really the best way of knowing who you are and want to be. They affirm you more than money. Hang around with mopey miseries and selfish introverts, and you turn into one, keep good friends, build relationships and you won't need presents or money to make you happy. And remember, there is NO cure for mondays! You have to taste the sour to know what's sweet too.

happiness is a state of mind, some thing fantastic can be happening in front u and u will never appriciate it yet if ur mind is happy u can c a butterfly on a flower and that will make ur day.
it all comes from inside.
me to see my kids smile and call em mom. i get happy.
be be alive in the morning i am happy.
when my phone rings i am happy i have friends.
when i walk i am happy i ahve legs.
when i eat food i am happy i have food while some ppl dont.
when i cry i am happy i have emotions and i can feel

There are different kinds of people. In general LOVE makes people happy and there are different ways of showing love and compassion- hugging, smiling, giving gifts, helping them with their stuff and being there for them when they need you and sometimes being quiet when they are unfair or not good to you, sooner or later they will realize your value.
