Check with the local senior citizens agencies. When my Mom died a few years ago, I had to shoulder the expense of the burial. We have a graveside funeral, with no wake. However, the law requires that all bodies be prepared properly before they are interned.

Start now comparing prices. The difference between the high end and low end funeral for my Mom was over $8000.

Good luck

Its all about money and you are not going to find a place to where you can bury your mom for cheap or nothing. The cheapest way to do this is to have her cremated, then scatter her ashes in a place to which she may have enjoyed or unless you have a family plot somewhere.

Sorry for you coming lost, but its a dogged world and everyone out there wants there cut of that american dream, even if its in the bussiness of putting you under. Check with your church to see if they have grounds for the members.

Yes it is a place called potters field there are cemetaries for poor ppl although they are not nice places . They are in bad parts of town and usually not kept up. The grass is allowed to grow and they cut it about once a year. I hope I am never in that position where I would have to bury someone there.
