Here are some thoughts:

1. call churches in your community - they will likely send someone over to visit.
2. talk to your parole officer - he/she has experience with this, who knows, maybe there is a state program they can refer you to.
3. answer questions on Yahoo Answers, instead of asking them. You will find people to get in touch with.
4. find a good chat room or two - they helped me a lot when I was getting divorced.

Hang in there brother, the playstation 3 is on it's way. Until then relive some of the old classics. In your situation I recommend some GTA San Andreas.
