what has Switzerland ever done bad?

Switzerland has done a darn good job of remaining neutral all this time. During WW11 ..They made the 40mm Borfors. Used by every country during the war. So I think their kinda smart.. stay out of the fight.. but as long as it's going to happen.. might as well make money on it.

Because all the worlds leaders have money in Swiss banks , and as a previous answer said so did the Nazi's , most of this being money they stole from the Jews etc , where did all this go after the war as most of the Nazi's were not able to claim it ?

If you want the standard Liberal answer it is because they are neutral and everyone loves them. The truth is that other countries do not invade because of their banking system. For example the Nazi's used them to hold their money, it can be very useful if you need to leave in a hurry.

Switzerland can be accessed only via bridges and tunnels given all of the mountains. All they have to do to defend is blow them up and any attack on them fails....so why bother trying. Also, it never threatens anyone else.

Please, don't put that thought in Bush's head.

It was Bush that said,"I want everybody to hear loud and clear that I'm going to be the president of everybody."

He might want Switzerland next
