Try soaking in epsom salt water when the pain is bad, this will help the pain some. Also wear braces on your knee most of the time, I was having a knee problem a while back, and this was all that helped it heal. I have found a arthritis cream that works really well, it's got a wierd title and I don't know if it will be where you are, but it's called "Blue Goo" it's made with Emu oil which tends to help pain a lot, and I got it at Walmart. It is the only thing that will help my husband and my arthritis pain (I've suffered from it since I was eight). You have to put it on thick, but it will help with the pain a lot. If you can't find it, try anything else made with Emu oil, you should be able to find it or something like it in the arthritis cream section of walmart. Also I've found that the only thing that works good as an over the counter medicine for pain is Ibuprofen. It's an antiflammitory, so it helps a lot for me. I think if you do these things then it will help some.

If you still can't find relief I suggest you do go to a doctor, they will know what to do. Cause it is possible you will need a perscription pain killer. Sometimes when you injure joints arthritis sets up in it, that is probably why it has begun to hurt again. Just be careful with it. Always exercise it a little and use heating pads and braces and you should be able to ease the pain a lot.

Good luck.

Do you know why your knee is going out? My husband had a knee problem and was even scheduled for surgery. I had just started seeing a chiropractor so I suggested he also be seen. The chiropractor said that the way my husband's back was out he wasn't surprised that he was having knee problems. After the adjustment using the "activator" method rather than manual adjustment, he cancelled surgery and has been doing fine. I always teased him about having chicken legs and knock-knees. Now his knees are more straight and his legs don't look that bad! :-)

I'm going to deliver McGraw Hill the advantage of the doubt, that her inspiration of four x 200mg of Motrin was once a typo. Prescription ibuprofen is six hundred mg in keeping with dose, now not 800. Yes, see a health care professional! That style of affliction isn't a factor to disregard! Do your knees harm with each types of saddle? My knees more often than not undergo whilst driving a western saddle if the stirrups don't seem to be grew to become thoroughly, and an English saddle if the stirrups are too quick *for my option*. Yes, I pick an extended stirrup than is *right*, principally in comparison to a leaping stirrup period. For the western, soak the stirrup leathers and hose down the bottom of the fenders (do not soak them seeing that the rainy situation will depart a mark at the entrance part), then flip the stirrups and maintain them in situation till they dry. It's excellent to try this round a barrel or anything on the way to push in opposition to the stirrup to drive the leathers to bend sharply. Just placing on a sawhorse may not be as mighty, however it'll support a few. If the saddle has customers with unique leg lengths, it is excellent to grease and melt the leathers in which they cross over the tree, then you'll transfer that finish as a substitute of relocating the cautiously formed stirrup finish and wasting that shaping. I've discovered that the pony liniment referred to as Thermoflex Gel is first-class for painful joints and stiff muscular tissues - however I'm greater than three occasions your age! You must now not be soreness this fashion at age 14, and it possibly doing harm on the way to purpose you even worse affliction as you age. Please see a health care professional or sporting events therapist approximately this! You too can paintings to your horse's "want" for "tons of leg". A good-knowledgeable horse must reply to mild cues from legs and reins. If you are not able to get the support of a instructor to lighten your horse's responses, get a few slight spurs to cut back the quantity of strain you must follow. Your mother must now not be letting you refuse scientific awareness. It's the process of father and mother to ensure children are riskless and healthful and now not injuring themselves.
