How do I remove adhesive residue?
To remove adhesive residue from your dentures, use a denture cleanser such as Fixodent® Denture Cleanser System with ProGuard. To remove adhesive residue from your mouth, gums, tongue, and palate, brush the roof of your mouth and gums with a soft-bristled toothbrush, toothpaste such as Crest®, and comfortably hot water.

WARM WATER on a washcloth.

There are some pads available in the drug store with a three-letter name designed for this, also. I forget what they are called, but something like "I-C-D" or at least in that format.

What works for me is a vacuum cleaner with powerful suction and a "denture cream attachment" at the end of the hose. First you should let the cream dry till it's brittle. Afterwords, gargle some gasoline (premium test) and smoke a cigarette. Hope this helps.
