being alone...i mean you have your family and your friends..but just being alone now after so long i was just wondering if anyone thought this was the worst feeling/pain someone could go through? or do you think something might be worse i guess dying would be bad as well...just trying to start some conversations going here...

being alone causes depression which causes other problems! being alone is the worst thing that can happen! :'(

I have discovered that being alone is better than being with someone who is obviously not good to be with on any given day. After all, a person who is alone won't be abused or manipulated! I had an abusive significant other years ago and trust me- being alone is the better choice.

Being alone is the worst feeling, especially for a female.
My father has just been widowed after 60 years of marriage and he is very lonely and hates Sundays the worst. I am an only child and he phones me every day and it breaks my heart knowing he was once such a strong active male.

Being alone is natually scary and a bad feeling. But we have at some point deal with ourselves. We came in this world alone and we will die alone.
