When do you change stages on baby food? Right now my baby is four months and is eating cereal and stage 1 fruit and veggies. I don't know when to move up a stage.

when your baby is 6 months u will move to stage 2. when ur baby starts to get some teeth and is able to handle chunkier foods then u will move to stage 3 *usually about 8 months but can be a little sooner if ur baby is a good chewer.

When your child has enough teeth to chew, then move up a stage. Just introduce it slowly. :)

When she starts to want more then whats offered, when she shows good swallowing habbits along with trying to chew.

Just ask her what she wants for dinner. If she doesn't answer, don't feed her.
